Terms & Conditions

All shipping fees are automatically calculated at checkout and international packages may be subject to customs fees, which are not included in our shipping rate and are the customer's responsibility to cover. Currently our products (excluding workshops and speaking) are delivered within Canada, though that may change in the future. If you are wanting express shipping, please email us at thereachseries@gmail.com and we'll do our best with an additional fee. All orders are processed and shipped within 3-5 business days. You can expect to receive a shipping notification once your order leaves the printing studio.

Due to COVID-19, our mailing partners are experiencing severe shipping and processing delays as they prioritize the safety of their staff and customers. As more consumers opt to shop online during the pandemic, they are experiencing some of their highest non-holiday numbers, particularly in their larger processing facilities.

All Canadian, USA, and INTL shipments will see processing (slow tracking updates) and delivery delays that can vary from 4 days to 4 weeks. Unless your tracking says "it's been delivered" and you haven't received the package or a notice slip, your package is still being transferred and is in waiting until it's safe to do so. It doesn't mean that your package is lost! We appreciate your patience and understanding so much and thank you again for your ongoing support even during this time!

Returns and Refunds
Due to the nature of our products, used apparel cannot be returned or refunded. However, we will replace or refund products damaged during shipment from thereachseries.com if photographic proof of damage and receipt is submitted to thereachseries@gmail.com within 48 hours of arrival. We may be able to provide store credits in extenuating circumstances.

Please note: We cannot accept exchanges, returns or refunds on sale items, gift cards, limited edition/collaboration items, or any item that is older than 30 days since the date of purchase. Purchased from a retailer? We unfortunately cannot accept returns, exchanges, or refunds that are not purchased from www.thereachseries.com at this time.

Want to cancel an order already made? Please email us within 24 hours of your order time, cancellation is not guaranteed if the package has already left our facility.

Sale and Limited Edition Items
We cannot accept exchanges, refunds or returns on sale items, gift cards, or limited edition products. If you purchased directly before a sale, we unfortunately cannot price match the item.

If at any point your package is lost in transit or your order is returned to us due to incorrect address input, the customer will be responsible for paying the cost for us to re-ship it to you. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Refusing Service
The Reach Series has permission to refuse service to customers that we believe are not meeting ethical and equity-promoting standards in the products and services they are requesting.

Withdrawing Products & Services
When creating custom apparel, The Reach Series aims to meet the criteria of Fair Dealing to the fullest extent. As this service is ultimately rooted in providing positive community and sustainability-based contributions to the world while providing unique designs, we believe our works provide originality in design and purpose. In the case that an original author feels their original work has been infringed upon, The Reach Series will promptly withdraw/alter elements of its products to respect the original authors. We are not simply trying to make money, we are trying to make positive impacts on communities across the world.
